Role description: Research Analyst is responsible for undertaking research with the aids of a variety of research tools, to conduct data collection, research, interpretation, analysis and presentation to support the business recommendations and facilitating management consulting projects in HK. The resource will be working closely with the Business Advisory team based out of Role accountabilities: Design and Research for large projects / workstreams or small projects with limited oversight Produce client ready deliverables that require limited review Set up surveys to support the client's request for data collection Compile and update the research database regularly Create charts, graphs and diagrams with statistical methods and mathematical models to measure the strategy effectiveness, identify and present the trends to the project teams, management and the clients Facilitate the development of recommendations and areas of improvement for the clients, with the data findings analysed --- Contribute to primary and secondary research, quantitative data collection and analysis, business analysis, and development and application of frameworks and methodologies to achieve client objectives Qualifications & Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in undertaking research and writing reports Strategy consulting or Management consulting experience will be preferred.
