Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a global team environment. Strong ability to remain patient, listen, and empathize with customer questions and software issues. Ability to independently solve problems and accomplish tasks logically, organized, and time-efficiently when given high-level tasks or objectives. Willingness to share and transfer knowledge and train other colleagues.
