This position requires someone who initiates design concepts and leads the development of design. \u89d2\u8272\u8d23\u4efb\uff1a Partners with the studio manager to establish a planning and design vision. Leads the design for multiple mixed-use projects primarily domestic. Presents and sells design solutions at client meetings and public hearings. Communicates openly, embrace mentorship, and nurture the next generation of designers. \u8d44\u683c\u548c\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff1a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Professional licensure preferred 10+ years as a \"project lead designer\" in Architectural field Portfolio of built work as a lead designer Advanced master-planning and building planning skills Ability to advance a design through all project phases - from concept to detail development Experience designing domestic, large scale mixed-use projects with a focus of expertise on Hotel, Residential, Retail and Offices Understanding of market trends of these sectors and ability to tailor designs to client's business objectives Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English Extensive experience presenting plans and architecture during in person and virtually to clients and city design commissions.
