Je zit in de laatste fase van je bachelor, je wil graag de technische uitdagingen van stedelijke gebiedsontwikkelingen oppakken en daarin afstuderen. In samenspraak met jou of samen met een medestudent, kun je binnen de adviesgroep Urban Development & Real Estate een innovatieve opdracht uitvoeren, die toepasbaar is voor de \u201cklimaatadaptie\u201d vraagstukken binnen de gebouwde omgeving, hierbij kun je denken aan: Verduurzamen omgang met hemelwater Voorkomen verdroging Voorkomen verzilting Een opdracht bij voorkeur toegespitst op de engineeringstoepassingen, of een onderzoek naar alternatieven voor infiltratie, groene daken en alternatieve mogelijkheden. Kortom, we gaan graag het gesprek met je aan. De opdracht valt onder het team Urban Development, bij de adviesgroep Urban Development & Real Estate. Dit team werkt vanuit de kantoren 's-Hertogenbosch, Maastricht en Goes, waarbij 's-Hertogenbosch jouw standplaats zal zijn. Het team bestaat uit civieltechnische ontwerpers, specialisten, projectleiders en adviseurs. Voor elk project stellen we het beste projectteam samen om zo goed mogelijk de vraag van de opdrachtgever te beantwoorden. \u2018Improving quality of life' staat daarbij voorop. Hoe zorgen we met elkaar voor een duurzame toekomst in de stedelijke ontwikkeling? Wij maken daarbij gebruik van de nieuwste digitale innovaties en werken internationaal samen met onze collega's. Het team richt zich op projecten van voorbereiding tot en met uitvoering, van klein tot groot waarin alle fases worden doorlopen. Denk aan ontwerp inrichting van een openbare ruimte, advisering rond infra-ontwikkelingen, technische advisering, omgevingsmanagement & communicatie, contractadvisering en detailontwerpen. De opdrachtgevers zijn gemeentes, provincies, ontwikkelaars, aannemers, onderwijs- en zorginstellingen en industrie. Een mooi project voorbeeldproject: de gebiedsontwikkeling de Bulkenaar in Roosendaal, \u201ceen aantrekkelijke en goed bereikbare groene buffer tussen het woongebied en het ziekenhuis\u201d. Arcadis heeft naast de civieltechnische uitwerking, een SSK-raming opgesteld voor de gehele gebiedsontwikkeling bestaande uit een nieuwe ontsluitingsweg met aansluiting op de snelweg en een constructieve overkluizing van een leidingstraat van 600 m2, aanleg van een verbindingsweg met ondertunneling van het spoor en heeft het zorglandschap ontwikkeld. Een mooie integrale opgave waar met een breed team aan gewerkt is. Wat vragen wij?
