Familiarity with parametric design and scripting languages, such as Dynamo or Grasshopper. Integrate point cloud data and survey information into BIM models. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices, including ISO 19650 or COBie. Ability to create custom families and templates to enhance BIM workflows. Ability to guide and check the work of other team members.
