Role accountabilities: Provide professional leadership in their BA team at a management level, establishing and consolidating relationships with seniorstaff in BA offices, takingownership for the delivery of the GEC's technical capability, supporting the delivery of tasks or specialized components of projects. Plan and drive the development of Arcadis' capability and capacity in the BA team, aligned with Discipline wide plans to meet project demands.
