Als projectleider grondverzet werk je steeds samen met een projectmedewerker en experten aan een grondverzetproject. Dankzij jouw kennis van bodemsamenstellingen, vervuilingen en codes, kan je een strategie bepalen en een project opvolgen van de kostenraming tot de uitvoering. Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit: Opstellen van offertes voor grondverzetprojecten; Opstellen van technische verslagen; Strategische contacten met klanten; Analyse van de resultaten van het veldwerk op een kritische wijze en interpretatie hiervan conform de regelgeving; Besluitvorming en advies; Opvolging van grondverzetsprojecten en voorstellen uitwerken voor optimalisatie in overleg met experten; Projecten leiden op technische en financieel vlak; De afdeling grondverzet technisch en strategisch ondersteunen. Wat heb jij in je mars? Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak in een wetenschappelijke richting (Bio-ingenieur landbeheer of milieutechnologie, industrieel ingenieur geologie, chemie, milieukunde  ); Je bent vertrouwd met het opmaken van technische verslagen en grondverzet; Je bent kritisch en nauwgezet ingesteld, met een sterke aanleg voor probleemanalyse; Je bent een goed organisator, neemt initiatief en werkt oplossingsgericht; Je hebt uitgesproken communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling). De kerncompetenties voor deze functie: verantwoordelijkheidszin, kwaliteitsgerichtheid, klantgerichtheid, resultaatsgedreven, flexibiliteit; Ervaring met datamanagement (databases (access, ), draaitabellen, Power BI, GIS,..) zijn extra troeven; Nederlands is de belangrijkste taal in deze job, maar je communiceert bij voorkeur ook vlot in het Frans en Engels; Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
