Jij zorgt voor de regie op de werkzaamheden en houd je bezig met de scope, communicatie en financi\u00eble projectbeheersing. Je stelt offertes op, bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en organiseert je eigen projectteam. Tijdens het project bewaak je de voortgang, het budget, de kwaliteit en de klanttevredenheid. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten voor zowel overheden als industrie\u00ebn, van beleid tot aan de realisatiefase. Samenwerken doe je in een multidisciplinair team en soms zelfs internationaal. Voorbeelden van projecten waaraan je als projectleider kan werken zijn: Klimaatbestendig maken van de stad Utrecht, Wuhan (Ch) en de Vliegbasis Eindhoven; Masterplan waterhuishouding Havenbedrijf Moerdijk en MSD; Ontwerpen waterhuishouding infrastructurele ontwikkelingen zoals de ondertunneling van de A2 in Maastricht en de Coentunnel; Ontwerpen waterhuishouding gebiedsontwikkelingen zoals Rijswijk Buiten, Stichtse Kant en Almere Duin; Meewerken aan de totstandkoming van innovatieve concepten voor klimaatadaptatie en de Digital-transformatie in Nederland en het buitenland Als projectleider kom je te werken in een hechte en dynamische groep binnen de adviesgroep Stedelijk Water & Klimaatadaptatie van de businessline Resilience. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig projecten op te zetten en samen met het team uit te voeren. Wat vragen wij? Als ondernemende, resultaatgerichte projectleider ben je in staat je werk goed te organiseren. Je bent communicatief, sociaal vaardig en klantgericht. Het realiseren van projecten doe je graag samen met het team. Water en klimaatadaptatie in de stedelijke omgeving heeft jouw interesse; je volgt de ontwikkelingen op de voet. Verder beschik je over: bij voorkeur 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, ervaring in een commerci\u00eble omgeving is daarbij een pr\u00e9; afgeronde opleiding (academisch of hbo) in de richting civiele techniek, watermanagement, klimaatstudies, hydrologie en/of werkervaring bij overheden, in de aannemerij of gebiedsontwikkeling; uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is een pre.
