Role accountabilities: Oversees a group of digital delivery experts in the areas of Business Intelligence, Information Management and low code/no code programming. Oversees development of full Business Intelligence and analytics lifecycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, training, implementation, and support for Design and Construction projects Collaborates and acts as a liaison between digital teams and other engineering departments/ subject matter experts to identify digital delivery opportunities and prioritizes them into feasible solutions Participates in Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders Assists in development of Information and Process Automation systems that include Management and Analytics initiatives including Building Information Management (BIM) and Geographic Information Systems platforms (BIM, Geo-Coded Data) Focuses on and targets opportunities to improve and streamline processes and methodologies on engineering and planning projects Capability to drive innovation for engineering and management teams across the US Mobility business with new and existing clients Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of data, create complex SQL queries, and manage resulting data.
