Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of study such as environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or business with a sustainability background or related field Minimum of 10 years of professional experience; including 3 years of experience in sustainability or management consulting Successful track record of contributing to the growth and development of a ESG consulting delivery team in a sustainability services business. Passionate about sustainability and have proven, relevant experience at a senior level, including helping organizations set strategies across the range of ESG Reporting frameworks. Instrumental in building and managing a commercial ESG Reporting service offering within a professional services environment, focusing on external clients. Direct line management experience and have ideally led and developed a junior and or mid-level consulting team. Fluent and confident report writer with experience in technical reviewing the work of others and confident in understanding and applying quality and governance standards. Effective project management, client relationship management and commercial skills, Strong management consulting, client relationship, and project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Ability to lead project teams, delivery of analysis and client communications, and the development of high-quality deliverables and best practices Advanced research and data gathering skills. Strong Excel and analysis skills. Demonstrates progressively developed problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional time management skills.
