Als Sustainability Strategy Lead ben je de spil voor het helpen van bedrijven bij het vormgeven en implementeren van duurzaamheidsstrategi\u00ebn, door ESG-criteria naadloos in hun bedrijfsvoering te integreren. Je neemt het voortouw in: Het adviseren over de wettelijke verplichtingen inzake duurzaamheidsrapportage (CRSD en Taxonomy) Het uitvoeren van double materiality assessments, inclusief het betrekken van stakeholders en het identificeren van ESG-impacten, risico's en kansen. Het ontwikkelen van ESG-prestatie-indicatoren en het opzetten van meetbare doelen en roadmaps voor een tastbare duurzaamheidsimpact. Het opzetten van gestroomlijnde performance monitoring- en rapportageprocessen. Het leiden van de invoering van ESG-best practices en verbeterprocessen, gebaseerd op een managementsysteemaanpak. Je bent van begin tot eind betrokken: van business development en het opstellen van offertes tot projectoplevering en het aansturen van een jong, dynamisch team dat focust op ESG en duurzaamheid. Een master in EHS management / sustainability Diepgaande kennis van ESG-standaarden, richtlijnen en duurzaamheidspraktijken Een sterk begrip van ESG-principes en hoe ze kunnen worden toegepast en gemeten Ervaring in het adviseren van organisaties over duurzaamheid en ESG-strategie\u00ebn, het uitvoeren van double materiality assessments en duurzaamheidsrapportering. Ervaring in managementsystemen zoals ISO14001 en EMAS is een plus. Je bent proactief en in staat om zowel strategisch na te denken als om praktische oplossingen uit te werken waarmee onze klanten aan de slag kunnen. Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en de capaciteit om complexe gegevens te interpreteren en om een consistente en opschaalbare aanpak uit te werken voor ESG dataverzameling, -validatie en rapportering Je blinkt uit in het communiceren met het vermogen om op alle niveaus overtuigend te adviseren over duurzame bedrijfspraktijken.
