Manage and take accountability for the performance and behaviors of more junior staff Work collaboratively with related design disciplines within an agreed engineering management environment to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution Develop, present and gain agreement for design options and opportunities to maximize the profitability of design components and drive the implementation of these Provide technical advice to team members, to support them in their delivery on the project and in their professional development When appointed in the role of a Task Manager, drive project performance, service delivery and technical and commercial outcomes and undertake regular reviews, ensuring delivery is above expectation When appointed in the role of a Task Manager, communicate with team members to ensure that they understand, and become engaged with, the project strategy, brief and requirements.
