Mentor and supervise junior staff while managing tasks of varying sizes and complexity. Communicate technical information and/or provide technical training to colleagues and clients. Provide technical support to marketing and client management teams for business development. Regularly develop and submit abstracts for drinking water conferences; prepare and deliver presentations if abstracts are accepted. Travel may be required for project visits, client meetings, or conferences. 5 years of relevant experience to include water quality, regulatory compliance, and LCRR. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, or related degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and regulatory agencies in the areas of Water Quality and LCRR/LCRI. Prior experience in utilizing digital tools and data analysis to drive prioritization and decision-making. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks. Strong focus and attention to detail. Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills. Strong database management, data visualization skills, dashboard development, and data reporting experience. 7 years of engineering experience focused on water quality, treatment, and regulatory compliance.
