Always seek new work/tasks from Principal Engineer/Function Leader. Ensure that the DE/AE/GEs supporting him/her are fully utilized. Identify risks and potential deviations to the project's required scope of work. Ensure compliance with scope of works, time schedule and cost control. Resource and develop skills and knowledge base of Design, Assistant and Graduate Engineers assigned to projects. Familiarize the Training and Development Scheme and render mentoring duties to all Design, Assistant, and Graduate Engineers. Lead a team on a project. Conduct training and guidance to team members. Liaise with BIM Manager and BIM Coordinators assigned to projects. Work collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution. Plan assigned work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilisation of resources. Monitor the performance of junior team members identifying and ensuring resolution of any issues. Self time-management. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from recognized University 8 to 10 years minimum relevant post-graduate experience. Working towards Charterships with International Institutes in regions such as the UK, US, Canada or Australia is an advantage.
