Als HR medewerker heb je een divers takenpakket waarbij in de functie een specifiek accent ligt op procesbeschrijving en -optimalisatie. Kwalificaties & Ervaring We zoeken een HR medewerker met ervaring in digitale HR toepasingen en deze door middel van \u2018coaching on the job' kan inzetten om met het team tot slimmere oplossingen te komen. Met jouw organisatietalent zorg je ervoor dat jij je taken succesvol en op tijd weet af te ronden. Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. Je bent flexibel, zorgvuldig en blijft goed presteren onder tijdsdruk. Je hebt een collegiale en enthousiaste werkhouding. Je herkent je in het volgende profiel: Afgeronde hbo- opleiding richting Human Resources of aanverwant. Enige jaren relevante werkervaring binnen het HR-vakgebied. Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met vastlegging van HR processen. Kennis van actuele HR wet- en regelgeving, zoals arbeidsrecht, sociale verzekeringswetgeving, privacywetgeving, Arbowetgeving, etc. Goede kennis van MS Office en bij voorkeur ervaring met Oracle.
