Initiate business development opportunities and develop proposals including scope, schedule, and budget. Provide mentorship to early career and mid-level engineers. Market perspective - nation-wide experience and willing to travel throughout North America. Strong client contacts - Client-friendly manner, respected by clients, adept at discerning and managing client expectations. Master's degree in engineering or a related field of study with focus on biological wastewater treatment. 10 years of industrial wastewater experience. Professional Engineer registration in one or more states 15 years of experience. Experience with biological wastewater process modelling and other specialized software packages.
