Supervise and support the work of others and mentor junior level engineers & design/drafting technical staff. Oversee and participate in people management activities including hiring, onboarding, staff development, mentoring and performance management. People management skills; including experience managing and mentoring staff in achieving professional development objectives. 10+ years of Water / Wastewater experience. Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study. Florida PE License Excellent technical engineering and Project/Task Management skills in the W/WW practice area. Project experience including design and construction of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, storm water systems, and pump/lift stations. Project experience with pipeline and pump station design projects. Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills. Excellent technical writing skills. Experience managing preparation of and reviewing and approving project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Client relationship skills; including preparation and development of proposals and client management experience with a successful track record of delivering various engineering projects to the expectations of the client. Functional experience with MS Office applications. 15+ years of experience. Master's degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or an MBA. Master planning experience. Alternative Project Delivery experience. Active participation in regional or national professional associations.
