Je handhaaft goede relaties met alle stakeholders waaronder HSE, andere PM's, de aannemers en relevante overheden. Je hebt sterke aandacht voor kwaliteit, voortgang en kosten. Wat heb jij in je mars? Je hebt een Master diploma in een relevant vakgebied (milieu, water, bouw,...) op zak. Heb je kennis van \u00e9\u00e9n van volgende domeinen: sloopopvolging, waterzuivering, bodemsanering, werfbegeleiding of milieugerelateerde projecten, dan is dit jouw grote troef. Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring als projectmanager van milieu-, water- of bouwkundige projecten, van opmaak scope tot oplevering van de werken. Je bent een sterke planner en organisator, met goede communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden en overtuigingskracht. Je bent een teamspeler met leiderschapskwaliteiten en je springt bij in het team in functie van de noden. Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
