Als Projectleider Waterzuivering ben je de lead bij projecten in uitvoering voor het lot bouwkunde/stabiliteit. Je staat in voor de budgettaire opvolging. Verder bewaak je de timing. Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele co\u00f6rdinatie met de diverse partijen. Enerzijds is er het ontwerp projectteam dat jou ondersteunt. Dit team bestaat uit collega's van verschillende disciplines (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, stabiliteit ). Anderzijds sta je als Projectleider Waterzuivering zelf ook in voor aanpassingen waar nodig, tijdens de uitvoeringsfase van het project. Je hebt een degelijke kennis van het aanbestedingsdossier (bestek en meetstaat) en van de aanbestedingsplannen (bouwkunde/stabiliteit). Je treedt op als eindverantwoordelijke voor de producten die naar de klant gaan. In de uitwerkingsfase sta je in voor het nazicht van berekeningsnota's en co\u00f6rdineer je mee de bouwkundige plannen (nazicht). Je volgt de werken in uitvoering op: werfvergaderingen, nazicht technische voorstellen, kwaliteitscontrole, nazicht vorderingsstaten, opmaak eindafrekening, bewaken van kwaliteit, budget, timing, Tot slot sta je tijdens de waarborgperiode in voor de opvolging van de waarborgproblemen en verborgen gebreken. Wat heb jij in je mars? Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de opvolging van bouwkundige of infastructuurprojecten in design- en uitvoeringsfase . Je bent in staat om over de grenzen van het werkveld heen te kijken en bruggen te slaan. Door jouw mensgerichte houding in combinatie met vakinhoudelijke kennis ben je in staat om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je voor vlotte contacten op verschillende niveaus, zowel intern als extern. Verder handel je pro-actief en oplossingsgericht met een pragmatische ingesteldheid. Daarnaast ben je een goede organisator die het overzicht weet te behouden.
