Traveling, as needed, for client meetings and project coordination activities Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Planning, or a related field 5 years of experience leading asset and enterprise risk and resilience related projects 10 years of consulting delivery experience with an environmental engineering or management consulting firm or equivalent experience with a large municipality, agency, or business. Masters Degree in Technology, Planning, Engineering, M.B.A., M.P.A, Economics, or related field Certified Planning, Professional Engineering Certification, PMP, or other certification Comprehensive knowledge of asset and enterprise risk and resilience, such as asset and portfolio-based climate risk assessments, J100 solutions, hazard mitigation operations and emergency response strategies, and/or climate-informed asset management including tools, techniques, and methodologies used to achieve successful outcomes. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate a client asset and enterprise risk and resilience practice point of view and thought leadership. Ability to articulate the strategic value of asset and enterprise risk and resilience-related services to client executives and stakeholders. Proven ability to implement innovative asset and enterprise risk and resilience-related initiatives to help clients.
