BS Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field. PE License in California or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment. Experience managing large wastewater treatment design projects or programs. Knowledge of local, state and federal building codes, construction principles, techniques, procedures, occupational hazards and safety precautions. Knowledgeable and understanding of various design and construction contracting methods and processes. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey program and project delivery needs to all stakeholders. Strong technical understanding of water and wastewater utility infrastructure, and processes required.
