Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for business growth, and develop and implement effective business strategies. A passion for water supply resilience and sustainability. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively across different teams and departments. Willingness to travel as needed to support national projects and initiatives. Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
