Perform visual assessments of existing structures and provide recommendations for repair or upgrades through written reports. Some local and regional travel may be required to support project needs. Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study. Minimum of 7 years of experience. Professional Engineer licensed in Pennsylvania Demonstrates a strong ability to work on tasks with minimal senior-level oversight. Experience and proficiency with MathCad, RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, Staad and/or similar structural software. Strong structural analysis and design skills. Experience evaluating, planning, and designing heavy concrete structures including storage tanks, foundations, and underground vaults. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Skills to include: public speaking, ability to work as part of a team and independently, preparation and development of technical documents, prior client involvement and/or relationship skills as part of the project team. Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving project drawings, specifications, schedules and cost estimates. Construction field experience overseeing concrete structure installations, inspections, field directives, and issues resolution. Functional knowledge and experience with AutoCAD/REVIT and Bluebeam software. Functional experience with MS Office applications.
