If you are an enthusiastic Architectural BIM Modeller, can handle Revit well and have an affinity for coordinating all facets surrounding the design of utilitarian complex buildings, then this position is for you! Role accountabilities: Arcadis is looking for a skilled Architectural BIM Modeller looking to prove themselves at the interface of structural engineering and design management who can: Link various technical disciplines of utilitarian construction projects through BIM. Utilize knowledge and experience with the Revit programme. Apply good knowledge of structural detailing. Shape architectural designs in a multidisciplinary, complex environment. Coordinate the integral design with all disciplines, clients, and stakeholders under the guidance of an experienced design leader or project leader. Manage junior designers and designers in the Global Excellence Centers. Maintain a good command of the English language. Depending on your ambitions, you can eventually develop into a technical specialist, BIM coordinator/manager or integral design leader, whereby some roles can also be combined. Your consultancy group is Building Design & Engineering (BD&E-S) and provides solutions for construction issues. A driven an enthusiastic team of 35 staff and specialists. Whether it's a completely new building, an adaptation, an architectural dispute or advice on housing; Arcadis has the expertise for it.
