Als Maintenance Engineer bij Arcadis ga je hier zeker een bijdrage aan leveren. Wat ga je doen? Als Maintenance Engineer ga jij meehelpen om duurzame oplossingen voor gebouwde en natuurlijke assets voor onze klanten te bedenken. Binnen het team Assetmanagement Infra Objecten en Installaties, richten wij ons vooral op de \u2018operate & maintain' fase van de gebouwde assets. Daarbij ga jij aan de slag met (vaar-)wegen en objecten zoals bruggen, sluizen, tunnels, keringen en gemalen. Samen met een team werk je aan complexe en uitdagende onderhoudsvraagstukken die binnenkomen van onze klanten. Daarnaast lever jij input voor prestatiegerichte contracten waar wij samen met aannemers de Service Provider of Assetmanager rol vervullen. Als maintenance engineer onderken je welke prestaties in onder andere beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en onderhoud nodig zijn voor het (infrastructurele) object, de asset of de netwerkschakels. Je richt je op het toepassen van maintenance engineering concepten die gericht zijn op het optimaliseren van ontwerpen, portfolio optimalisaties, processen, budgetten en equipment. Met je kennis en kunde verwachten we dat je een bijdrage levert aan de ketendeskundigheid binnen assetmanagement gedurende de hele levenscyclus: van de initi\u00eble behoefte tot en met de sloop van een object. Voorbeeldprojecten waar je op kunt worden ingezet zijn: Advies en analyse projecten op het gebied van asset management, met een specifieke focus op maintenance engineering voor RWS, provincies, gemeenten en waterschappen; Meerjarige multidisciplinaire onderhoudscontracten voor het beheer van de \u2018natte en droge kunstwerken' van RWS.
