Arcadis are seeking flexible, dynamic individuals with UK Nationality required for UK National Security level to pass UKSV Security Clearance. We also require professional resources to work on various (prospective international) Programmes of work that do not require the same level of Security Clearance. Supporting these highly challenging, interesting, and potentially rewarding programmes. Role accountabilities: As a Senior Planner within the Nuclear team, you will be required to; Support development and delivery of any required plan production ensuring the Scope, logic, interfaces and resource identified in building and baseline of the Programme and underpinning Project Plans. Assist Future Plan development in line with the any future developments and alignment to existing Plans as required to ensure latest approved timeframes are live in the plan within the required progress timescales. Provide ongoing monitoring of Plans through liaison with the required Owner, Stakeholder and other concerned parties. Develop Change Management to Plans in accordance with Change Procedures for approved items and \u201cwhat-if\u201d scenarios as requested by the Project Manager or Commercial Management Office (CMO) Lead. Produce weekly / monthly and Adhoc reports to show the progress, any variances, resource curves, etc. for the plans identified above. Create one-off plans as required and identified by the Commercial Management Office (CMO) Lead or nominated deputy. Liaise with the Client to ensure alignment with latest \u201cbest practice\u201d ways of working and process / procedures in line with a Nuclear Subject Matter Experts (SME) knowledge. Assist with the development of the current and any future Fragnets. Qualifications & Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You should hold or be working towards relevant professional qualification or chartered status. You should have strong experience delivering projects using the NEC suite of contracts. Experienced on P6. Desirable: Minimum of 10+ years Project / Programme experience in the Nuclear industry (or complex Infrastructure), within diverse roles, with good communication skills. Core knowledge of Cost, Commercial, Estimating, Planning Risk and Reporting disciplines in a Project / Programme lifecycle. Extensive experience of reviewing and understanding the consequence of Cost, Time & Risk outputs, such as Critical Path Analysis, Monthly Cost & Commercial reporting and Risk reviews, including QSRA/QCRA. Experience in ensuring timescales / deadlines are realistic and met, with attention to detail and quality. Experience of dealing with Government, Regulator and Clients' Stakeholders, i.e. Review / Submission meetings. Previous experience of supporting business case / sanction request to support Project / Programme requirements, with the ability to ensure Governance and Assurance alignment / approvals are \"right first time\".
