Role accountabilities: Greet visitors and handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally. Arrange security passes for visitors and staff, and ensure the security card register is audited monthly. Manage meeting room bookings through our desk booking system, keeping rooms and the reception area tidy. Be the go-to person for AV troubleshooting and minor IT requests. Support daily office operations, including handling mail, coordinating couriers, and liaising with vendors and building management. Assist with setting up meetings and events, from arranging furniture to ordering food and beverages. Undertake First Aid and Evacuation Warden responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience: You'll have experience working in a front-of-house team within a professional services or hospitality environment. You're a strong communicator with a professional phone manner and a commitment to exceptional customer service. With solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and a knack for learning workplace IT systems, you can prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
