Solid business knowledge with tertiary qualifications in a law or legally related discipline, with a preference for contract law. Background or familiarity in basic AI concepts, and exposure to development of an AI application or use of machine learning/AI applications software is a plus. At least one (1) year demonstrated experience as a Contracts Analyst or similar role, including transactional based legal reviews, risk analysis, contract drafting; ideally with broad based industry experience (international exposure an advantage). Contract and performance/risk management experience in all general aspects of environmental consulting or civil engineering; construction industry also valued and an advantage. Ability to support collaboration and operate effectively in a team environment. Ability to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information Must be able to work independently, managing time and deadlines without extensive supervision. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced business environment, managing a consistent high-volume of work.
