In het kader van de ontmanteling en de levensduurverlenging van de kerncentrales in Doel (D3 en D4), staan verschillende grote en uitdagende projecten op de agenda. Denk aan het uit dienst nemen van systemen, het bouwen van faciliteiten voor afvalverwerking en -stockage en het continu aanpassen van de sites aan het veranderende energielandschap. Om deze projecten succesvol te kunnen realiseren, zijn we op zoek naar meerdere werkvoorbereiders voor de disciplines mechanica, bouwkunde, elektriciteit en instrumentatie. Als werkvoorbereider sta je in voor volgende taken: Tijdens de voorbereidingsfase van de toegewezen projecten stel je de werkplanning op, rekening houdend met de beschikbare middelen en workload. Je maakt de werkvergunningen op en vraagt de vereiste ondersteunende werken aan (stellingen, isolatie, las- en slijpwerken). Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige onderdelen, wisselstukken en gereedschappen tijdig aanwezig zijn. Je stelt procedures en werkinstructies ter beschikking voor collega's en onderaannemers en je organiseert toolboxmeetings voor een pre-jobbriefing. Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de werf. Ter plaatse op de werkpost waak je erover dat de werken worden uitgevoerd conform planning, budget, veiligheidsaspecten, werkinstructies en procedures. Bij oplevering sta je in voor de testing, herkwalificatie en inbedrijfsname van de installatie. Tijdens de nazorgfase is het jouw taak om de werkpost administratief af te handelen: je sluit de werkvergunningen af, je zorgt voor een goede registratie van de historiek van de werken, je actualiseert de werkinstructies en past alle documentatie aan conform de as-built situatie. Wat heb jij in je mars? Je bent industrieel ingenieur of bachelor in een technische richting en je hebt expertise in elektromechanica. Je bent vertrouwd met de technische en administratieve voorbereiding, planning en opvolging van een werkpost, idealiter in een industri\u00eble omgeving (voeding, pharma, nucleair). Je hebt oog voor het naleven van procedures. Je stelt veiligheid op de werf voorop. Je bent kwaliteitsgericht en je streeft naar continue verbetering. Je bent administratief vaardig.
