Asegurar que se cumplan las pol\u00edticas, normas y procedimientos de Arcadis. Responsabilidades del puesto: De los subcontratos Controlar que los equipos de proyecto apliquen el procedimiento en la preparaci\u00f3n de los documentos de llamados a licitaci\u00f3n. Gestionar el proceso de  precalificaci\u00f3n de proponentes. alimentar el registro de empresas precalificadas. Controlar el proceso de licitaci\u00f3n, la confecci\u00f3n de la recomendaci\u00f3n de adjudicaci\u00f3n  para asegurar una licitaci\u00f3n transparente y competitiva. Controlar los procesos de la etapa de administraci\u00f3n, verificar la existencias de LOG de cartas, cambios, otros, revisi\u00f3n de estados de pago, seguimiento del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales, otros. Controlar los procesos de cierre de subcontratos, para cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares definidos. Contratos con Clientes Etapa de Administraci\u00f3n, hacer seguimiento del cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales. Controlar el proceso de cierre y finiquito del contrato. Cualificaciones y experiencia: Estudios de Ingenieria (Areas T\u00e9cnicas) y Contrucci\u00f3n Civil,  licenciados. M\u00e1ximo de 5 a\u00f1os de Experiencia en Gesti\u00f3n de Contratos Manejo de herramientas computacionales, m\u00ednimo nivel usuario de Excel y Word, gr\u00e1ficas, tablas din\u00e1micas, hojas de c\u00e1lculo, f\u00f3rmulas y funciones. Deseable, haber participado en la gesti\u00f3n de procesos de licitaci\u00f3n de contrato de hasta 6000 UF Manejo de templates administrativos y comerciales para cotizar servicios, preparar comunicaciones conductoras,  liderar reuniones, otros.
