The Recruitment Administrator plays a vital role in assisting the Talent Acquisition Team by providing administrative tasks that empower TA Partners and Sourcing Partners to focus on meaningful interactions with Hiring Managers, Key stakeholders and candidates. By efficiently managing tasks and processes, the Recruitment Administrator contributes to an enhanced candidate experience and a more streamlined recruitment workflow. Role accountabilities: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and perform tasks such as updating candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS), interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, offer creation and generating necessary reports to support data-driven decision-making. Manage, triage, monitor and respond to emails received into team mailboxes. Take ownership of recruitment-related administrative tasks, including managing queries from candidates and internal stakeholders, job posting and addressing interview scheduling conflicts. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to provide seamless support, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity in recruitment systems, tracker documents and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
