Rolbeschrijving: Focus op klanten \\- In nauwe samenwerking met onze MEP-ingenieurs deelnemen aan en leiding geven aan technische due diligence-inspanningen namens investeringsmaatschappijen, samenwerken, diep graven en een rapport opstellen voor investeerders om technische investeringsrisico's te schetsen. \\- Onderzoek uitvoeren om relevante gegevens en informatie te identificeren en te verzamelen. \\- Ondersteunen van de beoordeling van bestemmingsplannen/planningskwesties als onderdeel van de locatiestudies van onze klanten, mogelijk tot aan de vergunningsfase. \\- Beheren en leveren van haalbaarheidsstudies op hoog niveau voor verschillende soorten bedrijfsmiddelen (kantoor, logistiek, datacenter, laboratoria...). \\- De resultaten leveren, bespreken en presenteren aan collega's, klanten en derden. \\- Resultaatgericht denken: oplossingen op maat ontwikkelen om de vastgoedstrategie van klanten af te stemmen op hun huidige en toekomstige behoeften. \\- Relaties opbouwen met gezamenlijke teams van klanten op basis van vertrouwen en geloofwaardigheid en het vermogen tonen om de resultaten van klanten te be\u00efnvloeden.
