Coordinate execution of projects with other disciplines as the Project Manager. Supervise and support the work of others and mentor junior level engineer. Oversee and participate in people management activities including hiring, onboarding, staff development, mentoring and performance management. People management skills; including experience managing and mentoring staff in achieving professional development objectives. Review contracts and support teams in adhering to contractual requirements and commitments. 15 years of Water / Wastewater experience. Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study. PE License in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months. Excellent technical writing skills and technical engineering and Project/Task Management skills in the W/WW practice area. Experience managing preparation of and reviewing and approving project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Experience and ability to manage people and teams. Client relationship skills; including preparation and development of proposals and client management experience with a successful track record of delivering various engineering projects to the expectations of the client. Master's degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or an MBA. Design and permitting experience with water/wastewater treatment systems distribution and conveyance and pumping & storage facilities. Project Management and People / Resource Management experience. Project experience including design and construction of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, storm water systems, and pump/lift stations.
