Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en de opvolging van elektromechanische werven op een Pharmaceutische site. Deze werken omvatten o.a. KWO installaties, piping, dampleidingen, reactoren, maar ook data-center, hvac installatie in labo's en kantoren, ondergrondse piping, piping op piperacks,... Je plant en co\u00f6rdineert verschillende aannemers van bouwkundige werken en controleert de geleveerde kwaliteit Je organiseert en leidt de overlegmomenten met diverse stakeholders, stelt het werfverslag op en staat in voor de opvolging van openstaande actiepunten Je volgt de vordering op van je verschillende werven en staat in voor het beheer van alle administratieve documentatie (werkvergunningen, offertes, bestellingen, vorderingsstaten...) Je zorgt mee voor de overdracht en finale oplevering van het geleverde werk aan de klant en je werkt samen met het projectteam om het as-builtdossier op te maken Wat heb jij in je mars?
