Role accountabilities: Assist in planning and execution of BIM projects as per BIM Level 2 standards. Production, Detailing and verification of BIM models and Drainage drawings such as General arrangement, plan profile, cross-sections, standard details, pipe networks, corridors for highway / Urban projects both 2D and 3D independently and lead teams to produce same. Effectively manage own and team time across multiple projects & fulfill responsibilities. Perform Quality assurance checks on all deliverable to ensure CAD/BIM standard compliance & other project specific elements, including but not limited to layers, styles, title blocks, naming conventions, text parameters etc. across multiple projects. Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications across multiple projects. Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges. Proactively engaging with various Arcadis Regional offices/ teams regarding resolving issues and create strong relationships with project colleagues in the regions, evidenced through great feedback. Liaising with and assisting the design professional and BIM Manager / Coordinator. Adhere to the schedule and quality Checks and PCRA requirements. Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Develop and grow team capabilities to as per business requirements. Assist in the preparation of BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. Develop BIM content standards and development procedures and assist in developing new processes. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma in Civil Engineering/BE Civil / ITI Drafting from a recognized University. 6+ years' relevant experience.
