Coordinate with Oracle support teams to manage system upgrades and resolve technical issues. Manage regular updates on new hire compensation using the HCM spreadsheet data loader tool. Conduct audits on various aspects such as job codes, department changes, etc., ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making. Create customized reports based on stakeholder requirements Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Work closely with different departments to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
