Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to assist in strategic decision-making. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse disciplines and support resource acquisition initiatives. Strong Decision Making Skills. These are required to align with GEC's growth Strategy as well as to mitigate the risk. Understands Quality Management Process thoroughly and can apply the principles while dealing with Canada on large scale projects involving GECs.
