Oversees the creation and enforcement of policies that promote DEIB, including reviewing existing policies, identifying gaps, and implementing new practices. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate extensive experience and passion working across a DEIB & Human Resources function under a large matrix global organization, with strong business acumen and understanding of legal and compliance matters.
