de bouwheer intensief begeleiden bij het bouwtraject. Je bent in staat tot het kritisch evalueren en indien nodig aanpassen van concepten in overleg met de sustainability engineers. Na het ontwerp volgt het begeleiden van de vergunningsaanvraag en de -procedure, het opmaken van tenderdossiers en het vertalen ervan naar uitvoeringsdossiers, alsook het opvolgen  van de uitvoeringswerken. Het analyseren van het dossier en het opstellen van de uitvoeringsplannen vanuit een proactieve benadering. Je hebt contact met klanten en overheden en je staat in voor het presenteren van concepten. Wat heb jij in je Mars? Je bent in het bezit van een masteropleiding Architectuur en je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug Heb je kennis van omgevingsvergunningen in Brussel en/of Walloni\u00eb? Dan is dit een grote meerwaarde Je hebt een goede kennis van BIM en andere softwarepakketten zoals Revit, Autocad, MS Office, Je bekijkt zaken met een kritische blik, je bent creatief, leergierig en gedreven Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en je hebt goede presentatie skills Door je eerdere ervaring(en) heb je kennis van materialen en heb je affiniteit met \u2018Facade engineering' Je kent de weg naar de wetgeving op het gebied van ruimtelijke ordening.
