Bij Arcadis pakken we erfgoed integraal in onze projecten op. Vanuit jouw eigen discipline ben je in staat om de juiste expertise in te brengen en op een hoogwaardig niveau een plek te geven. Binnen een hecht team van erfgoedprofessionals vervul je een rol als (senior) adviseur. Dat betekent zelf bijdragen aan projecten, maar ook de collega's begeleiden, inspireren en samenwerken in de projecten. Kwalificaties & Ervaring: Wij zoeken een collega met een afgeronde academische opleiding op het gebied van erfgoed. Dat kan als archeoloog, cultuurhistoricus, historisch geograaf of bouwhistoricus zijn, zolang je maar bereid bent om over de grenzen van je eigen specialisatie heen te kijken. Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring, maar we nodigen je ook uit als je meer ervaring hebt. We verwachten dat je kennis hebt van erfgoedwetgeving en -beleid en beschikt over goede schrijfkwaliteiten. We zoeken iemand met een open blik. Flexibiliteit is een belangrijke eigenschap. Als persoon ben je open, nieuwsgierig en flexibel. Van nature maak je makkelijk contact met mensen. Je houdt van diversiteit in je werk, het soort projecten en klanten. Het zorgt ervoor dat je telkens met een frisse en vernieuwde blik de vraagstukken met collega's oppakt en tot een succesvol einde brengt.
