Rolbeschrijving: Als administratieve kracht zal je betrokken worden bij volgende taken : 1. Administratief ondersteunende taken binnen het aankoop proces (administratief beheer van contracten en de contract-opvolgingslijst, administratieve opvolging van de Health & Safety Qualifications, vendor creatie, etc.) 2. Ondersteuning bieden bij het dispatchen van de verschillende SES-aanvragen (Service Entry Sheets) naar de betrokken zones en behandelen van leveranciers rappels mbt hun SES-aanvragen (BUG-PI-SES). 3. Ondersteuning bieden bij het behandelen van de binnenkomende SES aanvragen (problem solving bij SES-creatie die vastloopt) 4. Aanmaak van SES: leveranciers sturen dagelijks SES-aanvragen door voor de creatie van dergelijke SES. Dagelijks moeten deze aanvragen verwerkt worden en worden de SES-nummers aangemaakt in SAP. 5. Opvolgen van de goedkeuring van deze SES-nummers 6. Controleren van de binnenkomende  geblokkeerde facturen van leveranciers. Bij facturen die niet geboekt en betaald kunnen worden, uitzoeken wat  de oorzaak is en faciliteren van de nodige acties om deze facturen zo snel mogelijk betaald te krijgen; 7. Dagelijks contact met de aankoopafdeling, de technische diensten en met de boekhouding met als doel de leveranciers facturen zo snel mogelijk betaald te krijgen. Regelmatig contact rechtstreeks met de leveranciers.
