Excellent writing skills for complex reports and presentations. Experience working with bidding software. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying) and 10 or more years of relevant experience. Work experience in Environmental Construction (Heavy Civil Remediation/Demo-Abatement). Relevant professional experience in a similar working environment, including delivering medium/large projects across an entire project life cycle. Experience utilizing estimating software (i.e., Construction Link, Bid to Win, Hard Dollar, Excel, others). Experience working with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred. Experience managing people and demonstrating leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others.
