Establish trusted and influential relationships with senior managers on strategic priorities. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to co-create, develop, and implement people solutions. Advise, coach, and challenge managers on the development and deployment of inclusive talent needs and solutions. Support organizational design activities and ensure people implications are understood and appropriately managed.
