Als Wegbouwkundig Adviseur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het juist adviseren aan de opdrachtgever omtrent Infraprojecten, zowel in Nederland als Internationaal. De overheid, aannemerij en de industrie zijn de voornaamste klanten van de Business Unit Technical Advisory & Asset Management (TA&AM). Arcadis is daarbij de adviserende partij en soms ook de risicodragende partij. Wij adviseren in waarde van assetmanagement op 3 vlakken; de asset owner in het verbeteren van zijn eisen (Management Consulting); de asset manager in het verbeteren van zijn investering (Technical Advice); de service provider in het verbeteren van zijn levering (Outsourcing). Arcadis is actief betrokken bij onderhoudsprestatiecontracten met diverse aannemers (bijvoorbeeld provinciale wegen, snelwegen, kunstwerken en defensieterreinen) en wij hebben waardevol integrale areaalonderzoeken o.a. met verhardingsexpertise voor Rijkswaterstaat, provincies, gemeenten en havenbedrijven & private klanten. Data en proces spelen hierin een  rol. Bovendien merken we een groeiende trend van projecten in het buitenland of voor internationale klanten. Dit betekent dat er ook een waardevolle kruisbestuiving van kennis zal plaatsvinden met onze collega's over de grens. Fysiek en op afstand. Verder ben je alsWegbouwkundig adviseur verantwoordelijk voor het berekenen en adviseren van verhardingsconstructies in zowel asfalt-, elementen- en betonverhardingen. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers omtrent het toepassen van de benodigde materialen en/of opbouw van verhardingsconstructies. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van verschillende meetgegevens om tot een passend advies te komen. Wat vragen wij? Wij zoeken een resultaatgerichte professional met passie voor de wegenbouw maar schuwt niet om ook in andere vakgebieden mee te kijken. Je opereert graag initi\u00ebrend, bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig, komt met frisse idee\u00ebn en weet van aanpakken. Je kunt goed omgaan met mensen en cre\u00ebert enthousiasme bij opdrachtgevers en collega's en legt makkelijk contacten met andere buitenlandse collega's. Jouw profiel: Je hebt minimaal een HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een civieltechnische achtergrond.
