Rolbeschrijving: Als adviseur bouwfysica binnen de adviesgroep Sustainable Building Services & Physics (SBS&P) werk je met bouwfysische berekeningen en de daarbij horende rapportages aan complexe adviezen. Het werkveld Bouwfysica bestaat o.a. uit het adviseren op basis van berekeningen van daglichttoetreding en bezonning, thermische en hygrische eigenschappen, energiezuinigheid maar ook akoestiek, geluidisolatie, omgevingslawaai, brandveiligheid, veilig vluchten en duurzaamheid. Kenmerkend voor onze Bouwfysica groep is het afwisselende werk waarbij samen met andere specialisten een totaalpakket aan kennis ingebracht wordt in de projecten. Elk project is anders en elk project vergt daardoor een andere combinatie van Bouwfysische kennis. Onze werkzaamheden omvatten veelal het totale bouwtraject van inventarisaties, ontwerp nieuwbouw en/of renovatie, controle in de uitvoering tot het leveren van een bijdrage bij de oplevering. In de projecten geven we invulling aan onze global missie \u2018\u201dImproving quality of life\u201d door te focussen om duurzaamheid en digitale ontwikkelingen. Het vakgebied bouwfysica heeft daarin een belangrijke bijdrage. Bij onze nationale en internationale projecten zijn vaak ook andere collega's van Arcadis betrokken, zoals installatietechnische adviseurs, engineers, constructeurs, bouwkundigen en/of proces engineers. Jij maakt onderdeel uit van dit multidisciplinaire team. Binnen het project stem jij het resultaat van (jouw) berekeningen af met andere betrokken disciplines, zowel binnen Arcadis als met andere ontwerppartijen en opdrachtgevers. Kwalificaties & Ervaring: Wij zoeken een collega met enthousiasme om de complexe bouwfysische vraagstukken binnen onze multidisciplinaire projecten op te pakken. Je krijgt energie van het bouwfysisch sturen van bouwkundige en technische ontwerpen en je houdt van afwisselend werk. Je beschikt over inhoudelijke kennis van fysische vraagstukken. Jouw profiel: Je hebt een hbo of universitair werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding bouwkunde, natuurkunde, civiele techniek, werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkwaardig verkregen door werkervaring; Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring met het oppakken van bouwfysica vraagstukken; Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt affiniteit met het opstellen van rapportages. Je hebt basiskennis van tekenpakketten zoals Revit of Sketchup. Bij voorkeur aangevuld met ervaring met bouwfysische of akoestische rekenprogramma's; Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; We bieden je de ruimte om door te groeien naar een zelfstandige rol als specialist, adviseur of projectleider.
