Rolbeschrijving: Ons team op de kerncentrale van Doel staat de komende jaren voor grote technische uitdagingen! De ontmanteling van 3 centrales en de levensduurverlenging van Doel 4 genereren een ongekend aantal grote en uitdagende projecten. Systemen worden uit dienst genomen, faciliteiten voor afvalverwerking en -stockage moeten worden gebouwd, installaties worden onderhouden of vervangen. Om deze projecten kwalitatief te kunnen realiseren, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar meerdere werkvoorbereiders binnen elk van de volgende disciplines: Elektriciteit  (met kennis elektrische beveiligingen, gelijkrichters, wisselrichters, alternatoren, batterijen...) Instrumentatie en Controle Mechanisch (met uitgebreide kennis van mechanische tuigen/toestellen) Bouwkunde (met een uitgbreide bouwkundige achtergrond) De functie Een werkvoorbereider staat in voor de opvolging van projecten, onderhoudswerken en installatiewijzigingen: van de voorbereiding, de realisatie, de werfopvolging tot de nazorg en quality control. Projectvoorbereiding: voorbereiding en planning van de werken, technisch inhoudelijke en administratieve voorbereiding (bv opstellen werkvergunningen, uitvoeren van risicoanalyses ), organiseren van een start-werkvergadering of toolboxmeetings. Realisatiefase: opvolgen en co\u00f6rdineren van de werken op het terrein, rekening houdend met planning, veiligheidsrichtlijnen en kwaliteitseisen. Nazorg en quality control: check uitvoering met gestelde eisen en specificaties, afsluiten werkvergunning, organiseren post-job debriefing, actualiseren werkinstructies en risicoanalyse, voorstellen verbetermaatregelen. Veiligheid is topprioriteit, en je werkt in een strikt gereglementeerde omgeving. Kwalificaties & Ervaring: Voor deze boeiende job zijn we op zoek naar kandidaten met diverse technische achtergrond: elektriciteit, (elektro)mechanica, instrumtenatie of bouwkunde. Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens een bachelor-diploma in \u00e9\u00e9n van bovenstaande technische richtingen. A2 diploma's met een stevige ervaring komen ook in aanmerking. Je bent een krak in co\u00f6rdineren, plannen en organiseren. Je komt terecht in een team waarin samenwerking en vertrouwen cruciaal zijn.
