Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field. PE License in North Carolina or ability to obtain within one year. Project experience including design and construction of drinking water and/or wastewater treatment systems. Project leadership Task Manager, Design Lead or Technical Lead experience on projects of various sizes. Excellent technical engineering skills in the drinking water and/or wastewater treatment practice areas. Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving project reports, drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. Strong, clear, concise written and oral communication skills, excellent technical writing skills, and functional experience with MS Office applications. 10 years of drinking water and/or wastewater treatment experience. Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience with alternative project delivery. Active participation in regional and/or national professional association(s).
