Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field. Professional Engineer License Project Management or executive management experience with development, operations, and assessment of waste-to-energy projects of various sizes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 25 or more years' experience in waste-to-energy facilities - planning, development, design, construction, and private contract operations Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
