Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in marketing, business, or a related field; project management experience within ABM or digital marketing is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or ABM, ideally in a matrixed B2B environment. Experience supporting ABM or lead-generation campaigns, including working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer success or enablement). Familiarity with project management tooling is a must; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy, deadlines, and consistency. Basic understanding of data analysis, ABM KPIs, and reporting metrics, as well as familiarity with content creation and campaign execution is beneficial.
