De Accounts Payable Specialist biedt financi\u00eble, administratieve en boekhoudkundige ondersteuning aan collega's en analisten binnen een Europese AP Hub. Deze functie vereist nauwe samenwerking met het offshore GSSC AP-team, evenals interactie met externe leveranciers en verschillende organisatielagen om een soepele communicatie en ondersteuning te waarborgen. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van de Accounts Payable Specialist zijn: Fungeren als een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor externe leveranciers en diverse interne afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Verwerken van facturen en betalingen, met naleving van de AP-beleidsregels en procedures. Voortdurende samenwerking en ondersteuning bieden aan het offshore GSSC AP-team, inclusief probleemoplossing en procesverbetering. Bewaken van de prestaties van de crediteurenadministratie en rapportages opstellen ter verbetering van processen. Effectieve communicatie in het Nederlands, met vloeiend Engels en Duits als vereiste; extra talen zijn een pluspunt. Monitoren van de kaspositie en ervoor zorgen dat betalingen volledig gefinancierd zijn v\u00f3\u00f3r vrijgave. Controleren van onkostendeclaraties van medewerkers op basis van vastgestelde criteria. Waarborgen dat alle beleidsregels en procedures voor crediteurenbeheer worden nageleefd, inclusief die met betrekking tot reizen, leveranciersgoedkeuring en factuurverwerking. Afstemmen van leveranciersafschriften met grootboekrekeningen. Reconcili\u00ebren van subgrootboek- en grootboektransacties binnen de crediteurenadministratie. Tijdig en accuraat reageren op vragen en auditverzoeken. Correct en tijdig verwerken van doorbelastingsfacturen. Opstellen van planningen en rapportages zoals vereist. Beheren van leveranciersrelaties en effectieve samenwerkingen opbouwen. Regelmatig bijwerken van individuele en teamprestaties. Consistent archiveren van ondersteunende documenten. Fungeren als Officer-In-Charge bij afwezigheid van de teamleider of supervisor. Ondersteunen van de teamleider of supervisor bij strategische taken, zoals het organiseren van vergaderingen of het plannen van de werkdag. Maandelijkse voorzieningenrapporten controleren op volledigheid en nauwkeurigheid. Maandelijks leveranciersafschriften beoordelen en bevestigen dat de door teamleden uitgevoerde leveranciersafstemming correct is. Wat vragen wij? Jouw profiel: Een bacheloropleiding in Accountancy is een plus, maar relevante werkervaring kan dit compenseren. Minimaal drie jaar ervaring in crediteurenbeheer, treasury, facturatie en auditwerkzaamheden, bij voorkeur in een Shared Service Center of internationale omgeving. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is gewenst. Sterke computervaardigheden, inclusief MS Office (Excel, Outlook en Word). Nauwkeurige gegevensinvoer en oog voor detail. Algemene kennis van grootboekadministratie.
